刊首语

让我们在激情中演绎生命

　　又是一个繁花争艳的5月，《华尔街工程》这朵奇葩也蓓蕾初绽了，辛勤耕耘的第一期学员终于迎来了久已期盼的收获季节。2年前，这些憧憬着美好未来、对金融操盘有着炽热感情的年轻人聚集在了一起，在谭健飞老师的谆谆教诲和亲切鼓励下，在家人的关怀和朋友的殷切期待中，他们一起克服困难、战胜了各种挑战。现在，他们可以尽情地拥抱成功了，他们成了自己命运的主人，他们可以用自己喜欢的方式来工作，可以用自己喜欢的方式来生活了。
　　《华尔街工程》——这个培训中国人操盘国际金融交易市场的工程，现在已经初见雏形，上海、武汉、珠海都相继设立了工作地点，第一期学员都已经全部进入了实际操盘，而第二期学员正信心十足地向着自己的目标飞奔，新的招生工作也正在筹备中，不远的将来，这些志趣相投的同学们会在一起奋斗、一起实现他们共同的理想，他们正在用澎湃的激情创造着历史，演绎着自己的崭新生活。
　　新的一期成功周刊又与朋友们见面了，我是本文的作者空潭溪，下面让我们一起来分享下面的几个小故事。

你无须孤军奋战

　在最近一次百万富翁的圆桌会议期间--这是一个由公司经营者组成的智囊团--作出了两个重大决定。它们并不是会议期间唯一作出的两个决定，只是刚好它们可以节省几千美金的支出并且将多出几千美金的收入。
　　并不是每次团队集体的力量都会产生如此可观的收益。但是每次我们聚到一起，我们的思路会更清晰，发现许多被隐藏起来的机会，提出更多的解决办法，拥有更多信心去实现个人目标。
　　分享目标，庆祝胜利
　　我们每个人都要与团队里的其他人分享自己的目标。队友向我们提问，给予我们意见，支持和鼓励。我不知道为什么，但对别人的付出要远比对自己的付出重要得多。在智囊团中，我们讨论我们想要实现什么梦想以及为什么要实现它。于是，我们的目标更加明确，而且在行动计划上也达成了更多共识。我们要对自己负责。
　　我们也会记录所有成功，这样我们就可以庆祝每一次进步。同时，我们也会去回顾为什么有些目标没有实现，又是如何失败的。我们承担责任，我们不断学习，我们继续前进--始终越来越好，也越来越强大。
　　前景
　　无论你会达到多么好的状态，你都是会有盲点的。想要看到更广阔的风景，要帮助消除偏见，你需要跳出你工作的范围，到作为局外人去看一看。你需要一些圈外人的更好的观点，那些与你的工作关系不大的人的意见。你需要一个智囊团。
　　你怎么样？你有自己的智囊团吗？
　　要建立一个智囊团其实并不困难，收益也是可观的。
　　公司有自己的董事会。总统有自己的内阁。为什么你不组建自己免费的智囊团呢？
　　这并不是一个新的概念。本杰明.福兰克林就拥有他自己的政治集团，他们合作超过四十年，而福兰克林也把自己的成功归功于他们。"思考，逐渐富有"的作者拿破仑.希尔创造了他的智囊联盟。智囊团对他们都起作用，对你也会产生同样的效果。
　　当我回顾过去的三十年，分析过去所取得的成就，我就可以分辨出什么时候我采取了智囊团的意见，什么时候没有。这种判断几乎准确无误。当我使用智囊团的时候，我总是会实现更多－－更多方法。

You Don't Need to Go it Alone

　　 During a recent meeting of my Million-Dollar Round Table-a master mind team of business owners--two significant decisions were made. They were not the only decisions made, but these happened to have resulted in several thousand dollars being saved and will earn several thousand more.
　　Not all assemblies of our team generates such quantifiable payoffs. But every time we meet, we gain more clarity, uncover hidden 0pportunities and come away with more resolve and greater confidence in reaching our individual objectives.
　　Sharing Goals, Celebrating WinsWe each share our goals with the rest of the team. We're questioned, advised, supported and encouraged by our team mates.
　　I don't know why it is, but a commitment to someone else carries more weight than a commitment to ourselves. In the Master Minds I'm involved with, we talk about what we want to accomplish and why. We gain more clarity and we develop more consistency in our action plans. We hold ourselves accountable.
　　We also post our successes so we can all celebrate our progress. At the same time, we review why and how some goals weren't reached. We take responsibility, we learn and we move on--getting better and stronger all the time. Perspective No matter how good you might be, you have blind spots. To see the bigger picture, to help eliminate your bias, you need to get OUTSIDE of what you're doing. You need the better viewpoint of others who aren't so close to your issues. You need a Master Mind team.
What about you? Do you have your own Master Mind? It's really not difficult to set up and the payoff is substantial. Companies have boards of directors. The President has his cabinet. Why not have your own group of advisors--for fr*ee?
　　The concept isn't new. Benjamin Franklin had his Junto that met for over forty years and to which he attributed much of his success. Napoleon Hill, the author of 'Think and Grow Rich' created his Master Mind Alliance. It worked for them and it will work for you.
　　As I look back over the last thirty years, I can tell when I was part of a Master Mind and when I wasn't by looking at my achievements. It tracks almost perfectly. When I was involved in a Master Mind, I always accomplished more--WAY more.

一个新的会计

　　一个商人告诉他的的朋友他们公司正在寻找一位新的会计。他的朋友问道，“你们公司不是前几个星期才雇了一个新的会计吗？”，商人回答道“我们要找的就是他。”

　　你是一个总是习惯将一切事情做到最好的人，还是一个容易满足现状的人？通过施瓦兹博士这个心理测试找出答案吧。对于下面的陈述，在每一项后面给自己划分到一至七个等级当中的一个，"1"表示你从不做，"7"表示你经常做。
　　Psychologic Test:
　　Are you a maximizer or a satisficer? Find out by taking Dr. Schwartz's test. Rate yourself from 1 to 7 on each of the following statements, with "1" meaning you never do and "7" meaning you always do.
　　1、每当面临选择的时候，我总是尽力设想出其他可能性是什么，即使这些可能性在当时根本无法表现出来。
　　Whenever I'm faced with a choice, I try to imagine what all the other possibilities are, even the ones that aren't present at the moment.

　　When I watch TV, I channel-surf, often scanning through the available options even while attempting to watch one program.

　　Renting videos is really difficult. I'm always struggling to pick the best one.

　　I find that writing is very difficult, even if it's just writing a letter to a friend, because it's so hard to word things just right. I often do several drafts of even simple things.

　　No matter what I do, I have the highest standards for myself.
　　12、我从不满足于第二好这个称谓。
　　I never settle for second-best.

　　评分办法：把你各项得分全部加起来除以13。假设我的总分是61。除以13等于4.7，说明我是个适度最佳化的人。

　　激情是一种发自内心的情感，是对社会、对人民、对自己极端的负责；是对工作、对事业极端的热忱；是对生活、对大自然极端的热爱。激情不是一时冲动、心血来潮，激情应该表现为对成功执着而又理性的追求。激情会给人勇气，激情能让人自信。
